Legal Researcher
The Companies Control Department is seeking qualified applicants to support legal review, company regulation, and compliance-related work.

Main responsibilities
- Support legal review of company-related applications and documents
- Assist with research related to companies legislation and regulations
- Prepare legal notes, correspondence, and internal summaries
- Coordinate with relevant directorates on compliance-related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
- Knowledge of Jordanian companies legislation is preferred
- Strong Arabic writing and documentation skills
- Ability to review official documents accurately
