Filings and Amendments Directorate

The Directorate is responsible for filing and processing companies’ financial statements and reports, legal and financial amendments, company decisions, share and quota transfers, and related documentation, while ensuring transaction quality and verifying the accuracy of procedures and documentation.

Financial Statements Filing and Financial Amendments Section

The Financial Statements Filing and Financial Amendments Section is responsible for filing financial statements and reports, processing financial amendments, and implementing company decisions related to capital, borrowing, mortgages, guarantees, and losses.

  • Filing financial statements and reports for all types of companies.
  • Processing financial amendments to companies’ memoranda and articles of association.
  • Adding and amending borrowing, mortgage, and guarantee decisions.
  • Processing court notations regarding payment of company capital, or notations received from relevant entities.
  • Implementing general assembly decisions related to company capital or losses.
  • Corresponding with the relevant departments.
  • Performing any other duties assigned by the Directorate Director.

Legal Amendments Section

The Legal Amendments Section is responsible for filing company meeting minutes and decisions, processing legal amendments, implementing share or quota transfers, and issuing related letters and certificates.

  • Filing minutes of ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meetings and/or minutes of boards of managers and/or boards of directors and/or decisions of authorized signatories on behalf of companies, and all other decisions.
  • Processing legal amendments to companies’ memoranda and articles of association.
  • Implementing quota or share transfers.
  • Implementing inheritance certificates, relinquishment deeds, and court decisions.
  • Issuing letters and certificates to whom it may concern.
  • Amending company objectives.
  • Implementing unilateral withdrawal procedures for general partnerships and limited partnerships.
  • Processing requests to change or extend the representative of foreign companies, and to extend or renew the tender period.
  • Performing any other duties assigned by the Directorate Director.

Quality and Documentation Section

The Quality and Documentation Section is responsible for controlling the quality of transactions approved by the Directorate, following up on transfer or assignment procedures, verifying the accuracy of procedures and signatures, and reviewing certificates issued by the Directorate.

  • Controlling the quality of transactions approved by the Directorate.
  • Following up on transfer or assignment procedures, verifying the accuracy of procedures, and obtaining signatures.
  • Reviewing certificates issued by the Directorate and controlling their quality.
  • Performing any other duties as required by the nature of the work.
