Registration Directorate

The Company Registration Section is responsible for providing registration services for all company types, reviewing incorporation documents, and ensuring compliance with the legal requirements for registration.

• Providing registration services for all company types.
• Reviewing companies' articles and memorandum of association and ensuring that all legal conditions and registration requirements are met.
• Filing companies' incorporation records.
• Corresponding with government and non-government entities on matters related to the Directorate's work.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the Director of the Directorate.

The Certification Section is responsible for certifying company-related documents, responding to official correspondence, and issuing official endorsements and certifications.

• Certifying all documents related to companies of all types.
• Responding to correspondence and requests received by the Directorate.
• Issuing official certifications and endorsements for courts and government entities.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the Director of the Directorate.

The Records and Archiving Section is responsible for maintaining and archiving company files and transactions, ensuring their proper storage and preservation.

• Archiving and maintaining company files and transactions of all types.
• Following up on the storage, transfer, and preservation of files in the Department's archives.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the Director of the Directorate.
