Preparatory Courses for the Insolvency Trustee Licensing Examination
This service is available to those seeking a licence to practise as an insolvency trustee.
Who can use this service
Those who meet the conditions set out in the Insolvency Law and the Insolvency Regulation.
Before using this service
Prepare the following information and documents before submitting the certificate or extract request through the official service channel.
Requirements
- The applicant must be of Jordanian nationality.
- The applicant must have reached the age of thirty on the date the application is submitted.
- The applicant must hold a university degree in economics, business administration, law, accounting or engineering, and have at least five years of practical experience in their field.
- The applicant must not have been convicted of a felony, or of a misdemeanour involving moral turpitude or public morals and ethics.
Documents and supporting information
- A certified copy of the university degree.
- A copy of the civil status ID card.
- A certificate of no criminal record.
- A certificate of practical experience of at least five years in the field of specialization, duly certified.
- A personal photograph.

Submit the application form to register for the insolvency trustee licensing training course
In-person may be required
- The applicant completes the form and submits it, with its attachments, to the Insolvency Trustee Licensing and Supervision Unit.
Pay the fee due
In-person may be required
Once the application is approved, the applicant pays the fee due (the subscription fee).
Attend the training course
In-person may be required
- On completing the 32 hours of the training course, the participant receives the certificate.
