Dr. Wael Ali Al-Armouti currently serves as the Controller General of Companies in Jordan, where he oversees company registration, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of the Companies Law.
Dr. Al-Armouti has more than 25 years of experience in legal and regulatory work within the public sector, and has contributed to the development of legislative frameworks governing commercial activity and corporate regulation in Jordan.
Prior to his current position, he served as a Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Industry and Trade and held senior legal roles within government institutions, where his work has supported legal reform initiatives related to the business environment and corporate regulation.
