Publish Insolvency Proceedings in the Electronic Insolvency Register
This service enables the Insolvency Trustee Licensing and Supervision Unit to publish insolvency data, information and proceedings in the insolvency register.
Who can use this service
Creditors, debtors, insolvency trustees and any interested party.

Prepare the following information and documents before submitting the certificate or extract request through the official service channel.
Requirements
- The data, information and insolvency proceedings set out in the Law and the Regulation are published through a single electronic register known as the insolvency register.
- The register is available to the public.
Documents and supporting information
- A court decision declaring the debtor insolvent, with the insolvency proceedings published in accordance with the court’s decision.
Steps to complete
Review the steps below to understand where each part of the certificate or extract request process is completed.
The Unit publishes the debtor’s insolvency in accordance with the court’s decision
- The debtor’s insolvency is published on the basis of the court’s decision. The reviewing officer completes the information for the electronic insolvency register and archives the related documents.
- The Registrar approves the data, changes the company’s status to “insolvency / insolvency liquidation”, and amends the authorized signatories in accordance with the court’s decision.
Notify the court of the action taken
- The court is notified that publication has taken place in accordance with the content of the letter, and is given the publication entry number in the register.
