It covers: increasing, reducing or restructuring the company’s capital; writing off losses; paying up the company’s capital; filing the financial statements; and the withdrawal, nomination or election of the company’s auditor.
This service allows a limited liability company or a private shareholding company to admit heirs to the company by operation of law on the death of a partner or shareholder, in accordance with the provisions of the law, and to have that amendment recorded at CCD once the legal requirements are met.
This service allows a limited liability company to record changes to its management and authorized signatories in its file at CCD, once the legal requirements are met and the necessary approvals are obtained. It covers: election of the board of managers; election of a board member; dismissal of a board member; changes to the company’s authorized signatories; resignation of a board member; change of a board member’s representative; and written delegation of authority.

It covers: the company’s name or head office; the addition or removal of objectives; the number of members of the board of managers; the financial year; the quorum for the extraordinary general assembly meeting; the limits on borrowing, mortgaging and guaranteeing third-party obligations in the company’s interest; a change in the form of management from a board of managers to a general manager or the reverse; the ratios for distributing profits and losses; and any other amendments to the company’s memorandum and articles of association.
