Who can use this service
- Registered companies that need to update their official company information
- Partners, shareholders, managers, or authorized representatives submitting an update request
- Companies updating their address, activities, contact details, or other registered information
- Applicants who have prepared the supporting documents required for the requested update
This service does not apply to:
- New company registration applications
- Requests for company certificates, extracts, or company records
- Requests that require a separate legal, court, or regulatory procedure

Fees and processing time

- Registration fee: 2 per 1,000 of the registered capital, with a minimum fee of JOD 250
- Document filing fee: JOD 10
- Publication fee: JOD 15
- Power of attorney filing fee: JOD 10, where applicable
- Revenue stamps: 3 per 1,000, as applicable
- Fees are paid through the available electronic payment method

- Up to 24 hours when no prior approvals are required
- Processing begins after all required information and documents have been submitted completely and accurately
- Applications requiring approvals, amendments, or document verification may take longer
